Dustknocker is a vinyl resin dispersion that offers dust suppression equal to or better than the widely used Polyvinyl Acetate (PVA) without the environmental concerns. Dustknocker can be used in place of PVA's and other "glue-like" products. This polymeric soil solution works well to bind soil aggregates, reducing airborne particles which can cause environmental, health and visibility issues. Unlike PVA's, Dustknocker does not contain formaldehyde or other possible carcinogenic materials which can require respiratory equipment during application. In addition, Dustknocker provides superior dust control while removing the worries of contaminating ground water.

| Cost Effective Applications |
Dustknocker is shipped as a concentrated product and applied at high dilution ratios making it extremely cost-effective. Best used on heavily traveled dirt roads and haul roads, Dustknocker is a powerful and long-lasting soil binder that penetrates the aggregate at deeper rates than typical dust suppressants. Dustknocker is an all-natural, environmentally safe oil that will protect your soil from weather and traffic degradation. Dustknocker will remain wet during application and continue to cure as it controls the dust. Dustknocker is easily applied with almost any type of spray equipment. As with all dust suppressants, application rates and methods depend upon the site, environment, soil type, and more. Please contact your Dustkill representative for site specific recommendations. Each site is unique, and as such, application rates will vary. |

Water Dilution / Longevity |
 |
Dustknocker was formulated to include an enzymatic surfactant, which allows for dilution with water. Normally, oil and water do not mix, however Dustknocker was designed to be diluted with water. Dustknocker should be diluted with water at rates from 20:1 to 50:1.
Depending upon soil type and application technique, Dustknocker can last anywhere from 6 months to a year.
Dustknocker is available in 275 gallon totes, 55 gallon drums, and 5 gallon containers.
